This month’s challenge hands you three laser-focused questions to help you assess, tweak, and strengthen your connections for the rest of the year.
Grab a pen and that notebook you’ve been meaning to use. Or that other notebook you’ve been meaning to use. Block out 15 minutes and jot down honest answers. Bullet points count too. You don’t need to be writing an entire essay here. Though feel free to take these prompts anywhere they lead.
Note: I go into each one in more detail in the 15-minute podcast episode.
Do I feel supported in my friendships right now?
Which friends am I showing up for these days? (Who am I supporting?)
Who deserves some grace from me? (I spent the most time in the episode discussing this one.)
