Yesterday I wanted to talk about how this little migraine starts right somewhere near my teeth and grows towards my nose and my shoulders. I need sleep! Yesterday I had nausea and hence puked. Actually, felt very good after that. Had a pleasant feeling post that and there was not that much of pain. It all went away. Currently, I am taking it all slow, eating not to heavy food, liquid rice and water. I did my skin care routine and attended to my daily work routine. Currently I am in between work and felt like spilling the tea.
I am also tuning in with a migraine healing music playlist on Spotify. I will wrap my work early and take more rest. If I ever do anything out of whack and anything of that sort it impacts my health. I really need to take my routine seriously and not overextend myself and say no.
Yesterday, there was a rat, that my father says he saw. He wanted me to sleep with lights on and what could make my migraine worse? Light. Too much light. I hate when my mom wants to have too much light even thou' it is daylight out there. Crazy! I need fan too and in hot summers she doesn't feel a need to put on a fan. Crazy! The disposition of bodies is way different in my house.
For a digital publishing company, I've been belting out SEO writeups like anything. It is pretty cool but also tells so much on how the digital landscape is changing and how media is trying to sustain. They don't pay their interns and aren't those who sit on head all the time, alloted time and work, get it done and all. That is okay. But I feel they should pay the folks who deliver in the company. It doesn't feel like a guide or confidante talkin' along it feels just like any clickbait. I do enjoy it and hate it too. But such template helps to create the fodder more well. I am happy to do that! Things are pretty tipsy turvy on that turf but I am glad I got along and get to do this.
Also, people being known to being prompt should have its own limitations. What is being done and what is your ROI after a certain point matters alot and that gives a chance to pivot in a grander way.
