NOW IS THE TIME TO…. MAKE AND EXECUTE A SUMMER BUCKET LIST I’m stoked to… Cycle the Bow Valley Parkway in Banff. You can nab a bike or eBike from Black Diamond’s downtown rental shop at Banff Park Lodge. They have kid bikes, trailers (even for dogs) and paddleboards, too! Visit The Saskatoon Farm just outside of Calgary to pick up some flowers, fresh veggies and try their Mexican fusion restaurant. Get a real strawberry/chocolate milkshake from Hitchin Post Drive In, High River. Raft the Bow River again! Bike to Fish Creek Provincial Park and perhaps ride to Chestermere, then jump in the lake. Visit my lovely friends in Edmonton and hit a patio. Speaking of patios, this list of Calgary hotspots includes sun/shade info + daily specials. Infuse sunlight into my morning routine.  Instead of hauling my bike out to Banff, I'm renting from Black Diamond next time.
